Alex Perez, Esq.

Alex focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation, in which he represents employees in both individual and class action cases. His practice largely comprise claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leaves of absence and wrongful termination, as well as class action wage and hour violations. His bilingual skills allow him to provide a superior level of service and direct communication to both English and Spanish speaking clients.

Alex expresses his passion for assisting plaintiffs in their labor and employment claims through vigorous representation of his clients. Alex is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Anthony Pineda

Anthony grew up in the Los Angeles and Boyle Heights area attending Our Lady of Lourdes and Salesian High School.  After high school he attended Stanford University where he studied International Relations with a focus on Latin American studies.

Anthony has extensive experience ranging from non-profit immigration work to criminal defense — an area he spent 2 years working in with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office and 1 year with the Office of the Public Defenders - Riverside . He has spent his post-bar career working for a large 50+ attorney law firm where he did plaintiff side employment claims and earned top ranks as the lead associate on the highest performing team. Anthony has successfully handled a wide array of labor claims both in civil court and with the Labor Commissioner.

When not at work Anthony spends time with his wife and two boys, ages 3 and 9. He is heavily involved in his local community of La Verne where he coaches soccer and little league.  His hobbies include cooking and golf.
